Meet Megan Rock
Megan founded NextGen Advisory to bring practical executive experience to leaders and organizations navigating change. Her career spans more than 20 years across government, manufacturing, financial services, and global agriculture. She served as the first Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer at CHS Inc. and the first Vice President of Sustainability at Bunge North America, building enterprise capabilities in both organizations. That work required connecting emerging issues to business priorities, earning trust across functions, and influencing decisions without a ready-made roadmap. Her experience shapes how she advises leaders today.
